installing RC4 on top of RC3, it seems the i18n info is missing:

@mfs12 The translation is working with the latest build. With the 1hz spike, it is the same as in the first release, I can't see a difference. BTW it seems that it make no sense to use frequencies under 7 Hz because this will throw an error: Error: M593: parameter 'F' too low.
