Ender 3 Pro driving past end stops after stopping
-
Morning all.
so I converted my ender 3 to duet it all went well (I though) till I added exoslid and New extruder discovered my x going backwords. changed that M569 P0 S0
now I can't figure out why my end stops, stop machine but will drive past it .; Configuration file for Duet WiFi (firmware version 3)

Try G1 H2 X-5 Y-5 F6000

@fcwilt Thanks that did help . but when it hits limit switch my x & y set to 0
when I tell it to move it right I guess - away from limit switch it stays there but + it'll try driving disregarding limit switch

I think I found my mistake .
M574 X2 S1 P"xstop"
M574 Y2 S1 P"ystop"had X&Y set to 1
changed it to 2 helped -

changed it to 2 helpedAs you have found out the configured endstop sensor locations (axis min or max) and the homing movies have to be in sync.

changed it to 2 helpedI think you might have some problems with your motor directions still. I'm pretty sure the endstop locations on the Ender 3 are at the min position. IE to the left and at the back of the moving bed, so X0 and Y0. So unless you've moved the endstops I think you have larger problems. If they are at the low end, then your homeall movements need to flip directions. The actual motor directions should move -x to the left, +x to the right, -y moves the bed back (nozzle to the front) and +y moves the bed to the front (nozzle to the back.)
