      Hi,

      Excuse my profound ignorance, i have seen through the forum, the possibility of installing an acceletrometer to Duet Board.

      And I would like to know what use it has, in what way it can improve the impressions.

      Is there any resource (Web, forum, Youtube, ...) where they explain what it is for, and how to use the accelerometer?

      I suppose, but it is only that assumptions, which will serve to adjust the acceleration in the Duet configuration, to achieve better finishes ... but they are only that, assumptions

        @peirof your assumptions are right.
        The accelerometer is used for input shaping, to reduce the ringing effect.

          @peirof also further to what @cosmowave has linked to, it is used for tuning the input shaping and checking that its working, not for constant adjustment of acceleration during a print.
