      Hi all,

I just upgraded my bed to the E3D high temp heated bed with the 4mm thick borosilicate glass. The heated bed has a black coating on it with some white stenciling. The bottom of my IR sensor is 1.3mm above my nozzle. When running the calibration for the trigger height, I ended up getting negative values in the .1mm range. I put blue tape on the top of the glass and now it triggers around 1.9mm. Has anybody used this bed and glass combo before? I was hoping that it would trigger normally and not crazy low. The bed is black so it should not be an issue, and I don't think I can really use paper between the bed and the glass when the bed gets up to 200-250C. Any ideas on what I can do here?

@surgikill I'd be concerned about false readings on the white stencil. You can spray black oven-paint on the bed. It can stand much higher temps.
