please help me blv setting

@oliof yes but that has nothing to do with the quality of the piece if
-
Let's solve one problem at a time. I you don't have proper adhesion, the rest of the print will always look bad no matter what. So that needs fixing first.
-
@oliof yes ok thank you
-
@oliof
I put new pei my ca does not adhere to 60 degrees -
@oliof
as the aluminum plate is 10mm I have to heat for 30 minutes to 60 after it holds -
@sgk that's quite possible. If you let the print bed soak the heat, does the print adhere better? Show us a new photo.
To speed up printing, I suggest a simple 30mm cube in vase mode.
-
@oliof hello I tried to print more than once at 60d but the cubes end up taking off I must put in mini 80d.
I put a new pei sheet and the same ideas? -
Since 80C is way above PLA glass transition temperature, your thermistor configuration may be wrong Please confirm what kind of thermistor you bought for this build.
Alternately, the thermistor ADC may need calibration.
you're saying you can print a vase mode cube with the bed at 80C -- can we get a photo of that?
-
@oliof
good morning, how are you doing? yes ok -
-
@oliof the bed

@sgk
-
@sgk and i have this error too
-
@sgk

still looks slightly hot on the bed surface. and you either have z banding from a z drive that's not straight, and/or banding like artifacts from a bed heater that's not PID tuned.
-
(also it doesn't look like a single wall vase mode print)
-
@oliof
the bottom part it's just that I didn't turn on the fan -
@oliof how do i have to?
-
@oliof 16/12/2021, 10:05:15 Warning: Turning on the print cooling fan did not increase hot end cooling. Check that the correct fan has been configured.
