Tunning temperarure control last more than 30 min

I am tuning the temperature control of the Nozzle... but it has been in phase 4 for about 25 min... Is this normal?

Firmware version?
What kind of heater is it?

@phaedrux the heater its Aliexpress generic 24v 50w 6x20... Firmware its 3.3 stable release (not sure, after check...)

Can you show a photo of the hotend so we can see the hot block configuration?
Have you tried tuning it as a tool with M303 T0 S240?
