      Hello,

      I have a Duet 2 on my Ender 5 Plus. I was wondering how I can control how far the head moves back and then comes forward during XY homing, as my head constantly collides with the edge.

        @tratoon you can freely control head movement in the homing macros. Its also possible to temporarily limit motor current to avoid crashing into the frame destructively.

          @tratoon
          The head moves back only in the 2nd pass. Maybe the homing files are not correct.
          If you are not sure please post them.

            Post your config.g and homing files. Also please tell us where your endstops are physically located on the printer and where you consider the 0,0 position to be. I think the Ender 5 is rotated 180 degrees compared to how it normally would be with the 0,0 position in the back right instead of the front left since that is where it has the endstops.
