You need to provide a lot more details in order for anyone to help you.
Browser, operating system, what does the error say, what were you trying to do?

That said, I have noticed that when replying to threads on my iPhone I will quite often get an error when I hit the "post" button
The solution is to refresh the page.
I don't know the cause, I've just gotten used to it.
