      @hebigt
      I made a new account because its going professional, now.

      Thanks for your fast reply. I think I'll work it out. This short example is quiet helpful!!

      I have two custom toolchanger with a 103x103x103cm built volume with
      lovely closed loop steppers.

      I have a similar problem on 2 different machines. Both were working correctly with 3.4.5 , now I have some Z high issues on both.
      Multiple / 4 z-axis at work.

    • RE: [3.5b1+] Inaccurate print dimensions

      @Diamondback

      I had 2 prints with machine 1 (GeneralG) where I had little extrusion problems..... after a little pause, the nozzle crashed into the model.
      Objekt high 90mm. Problem started at about 50mm.
      Extrusion problems -> may missing z steps?
      Nozzle crash into model after PAUSE --> missing offset or much more z steps were missing? (about 4mm-->like other problem with machine 2)

      I thought somthing is wrong with my axis and because I wanted to change the x gantry, I stopped printing with machine 1 (Generalg).

      Then --->

      1.--> Machine 2 (Black Flamingo) lost steps after every print, because I had to readjust z every print start something between 0.2 and
      0.6mm. Missing z steps in this case are NOT shown in the model but It was a 10mm high print only. May it´s losing steps by any other action. Finish print or start print?
      It´s definetely not normal to readjust z offset after every 45min print. Print looks nice but Z offset needs to readjust? Strange

      --> 2 . Nozzle crashed into heatbed when executing ´´print again´´ - I think printer ´´forgot´´ the z offset. (4mm). Tool was already coupled from print before.

    • 2 heater on Duet 1LC- Wiring. Series or parallel?

      hey lovely community,
      I bought a bondtech lgx with the magnum plus which has two options for heater and thermistors. Of course, I want to use them.
      Is there a describtion about how to wire both heater onto the Duet Toolboard and how to do it with two thermistor. Like one is just for safety?

      Would be lovely to get a link or a little help.

      hey,
      sadly I have the same Problem with the new board.
      I tried different raspberrys.
      It´s quiet strange that I could print 2 or 3 times. When I wanted to print next day after switch off, the printer is stuck in the error loop.
      How can It change so crazy. Working one day, next day broke till maybe 2 hours later it´s suddenly working..?!
      I need some help.
      All other printers are running completely fine.

      @chrishamm
      I used a different (and working on other printer) Raspberry, cable for power the pi, Ribbon Cable, 3 different sd cards.
      No change.... I also used the updatet version of duetPi and the older ones which came out in january ( the experimental boomwork). Can you please tell me which I should use? Raspberry pi 5....

      ESD? The backside of the duet 6HC looks fine. Or where should i look. I also recognized, that after long power OFF, the printer is resetting in a slower way and one time I could home.
      But when I want to make a prompt, it gets worst.

      I´m going to print in standalone mode, now. I´ll report.

      I got my board a few weeks ago from Dold-Mechatronik.com
