I need to start a print off line but I can not view any files on the Panel Due. I have had it for a year and everything else works, I can see when a print is going, warm up the hot end, ect but I can not start prints. The SD card icon says zero files. I have the 4 pin connector hooked up. I don't care how I just need to be able to start a print off line.

It would help to know your firmware versions on the Duet and the PanleDue.

I think you'll need to update the panel for firmware to at least 1.25

You'll need to use USB from a PC and bossa software to flash it.

Ideally you should update both your paneldue and duet as they are both quite out of date. But I think getting the panel to at least 1.25 should get it working fully with rrf3

@corvodewittv2 Well I tried updating my firmware and now my screen is just a backlight. How do I know I have the right version.

                          Does it display any files?
What firmware version did you land on?
How many files do you have?
