On behalf of the Duet3D team I am very happy to announce the next stable software version 3.4.1.
This version fixes a couple of bugs from v3.4.0. Here you can find the full release notes for

      • RepRapFirmware
      • DuetSoftwareFramework
      • DuetWebControl

As always users in standalone mode can upgrade by uploading the Duet2and3Firmware-3.4.1.zip file from here either on the Settings -> Machine or Files -> System page.
Users in SBC mode can upgrade using the regular apt update/apt upgrade method (see here).
If you are upgrading from a version older than 3.4.0, please make sure to read the upgrade notes for version 3.4.0 to avoid potential problems.
In this case it is advised to use MintyTrebor's ReleaseMgr plugin to check if changes in 3.4.0 affect your configuration files in any way.

A new DuetPi build with 3.4.1 for SBC users will follow shortly.

In case you encounter new problems, please open a new thread with [3.4.1] in the title.
Now that this bug fix release is out, we hope to move on to 3.5.0-b1 soon which will bring several novelties like independent movement systems and further optimisations.

        https://forum.duet3d.com/topic/28717/the-tower-motors-h-e-l-p

[Duet 3 with CAN-connected expansion boards] If all the tower motors of a delta printer were driven from CAN-connected expansion boards, then when the Z probe was triggered the tower motors failed to stop. Note, driving the tower motors of a delta via CAN is not supported in RRF 3.4.x and earlier, but might work if segmentation is used.

Do you have any advice on what to test so I can get axis moving?

        Cheers
        Bengt

@chrishamm Is there an updated Input Shaper plugin to go with 3.4.1, the current version does not seem to install because of a version mismatch?

@gloomyandy The input shaping plugin from https://github.com/Duet3D/DSF-Plugins/releases/tag/v3.4.0 targets 3.4 (not 3.4.0) so it should work as usual.

@chrishamm Hello Christian, thx for your tip to reinstall IS after upgrade to 3.4.1.. Its working.
But the movementinterruption still exist. Going to collect data, set up the movement 1x(0 to130);2x(-130 to 130);3y(-130 to 130); 4y(-130 to 0). I didn´t knew if it a bit to much. Someting it ending with data to analyse , sometime not. The config is a Delta with Dia 340mm. The messurement is a LIS3DSH or a LIS3DH. what you want.

@dk4ya If you mean the firmware hangs when doing IS tuning moves, please check the wiring between the Duet and the LIS3DH again. We've had a report stating that an intermittent connection between the two boards could lead to potential problems but reworking the wiring seemed to fix it for that particular user. If the wiring is OK but the problem persists, please create a new thread.
