      Using 3.4.1, Duet3Mini5+, Duet 3 Toolboard 1LC

      The documentation says "Input/output with +5V power, for endstops, Z-probes.Input is 30V-tolerant"

      Using

      M558 P5 C"20.io1.in" H1.5 F600 T8000 A3 S0.03

      does not recognize this as an endstop for z (not displayed in DWC and response is no z-sensor). All other things connected to the extension board (actually 2 boards) work fine.

      Found this comment by DC42 "Endstop switches connected to the main board cannot control motors on an expansion board". Is the opposite true "Motors connected to main cannot be controlled by switches connected to expansion boards"? This would be a mistake in the documentation.

      Any insights?

        @wschadow change from P5 to P8

        Owns various duet boards and is the main wiki maintainer for the Teamgloomy LPC/STM32 port of RRF. Assume I'm running whatever the latest beta/stable build is
