Phase A and B may be disconnected

Hi i have problem with my 3D printer Core XY .
My 3D printer working well 2 day ago but now when i start to move X or Y axies i have error "Warning : Driver 1 warning : Phase A and B may be disconnected"
.
Sometime i have "Error: Driver 1 error: over temperature shutdown" error but driver is cold.I has check all wire and connection with multimeter all is good so i have try to switch betwen X and Y connector for try step motor and same error always on driver 1.
So I need you help!

Is this a new build or has it been running for some time?
Has anything changed recently or happened to perhaps cause damage?
When and where did you purchase the Duet?

When and where did you purchase the Duet?It's my own 3D printer. I've purchase the duet on e3D online one year ago. I've do somes modifications recently on wiring to duex 5 attached to the duet 2.On duex 5, i've got a problem with pw5 outpout. Maybe the transistor 5 is broken. I dont know if this issue can damage the duet 2 as well.

Can you post some photos of the board especially the driver chip that isn't working?

a electronic engeneer has come to check the issue. Somebody have the PCB diagram of DUET2 wifi & DUEX5. We will try to replace the TMC drive that dont work. -
