I think you need to do a
sudo apt update && sudo apt upgradeon your Pi to get your firmware and software up to date and in sync.After that please send M122 again and post the results.

Sincerely I have now to investigate this new issue and how to perform the Pi update.

The Raspberry Py image has been setup from Duet documentation, Duet site, dedicated for Duet 3. there is another link for an update image

It looks like the Pi side upgraded correctly, but the Duet board firmware itself did not.
I suggest you do a manual update as described here. You'll need to connect the board to your computer via USB and copy a file onto it. That should get you back in sync.

Many thanks for your efforts to help me. Silence and quiet means also an answer.
Conclusion:- following your recommendation, my issues has not been solved and my printer is not able to simply move axis for homing. Even if I strictly/accordingly follow the duet documentation.
All my efforts, time & expenses, patients and confidences to duet company, as consequently, has been lost.
Please don’t try, now and ever, to find out for any other explanation or advice regarding my issues. Leave it as it is.
Howether, board has been removed from my build printer and another new one board, from anywhere, not from duet, will be take in consideration to build for my future printer. This one, duet 3mini 5 plus v1.02 will be sent back to your genuine seller on my own expenses.
I am not asking/claim for any payment/refund for the board in discussion. I make it a gift, for study my board, for your research company department.
I’m very disappointed. Forum will not be accessed from now. Sorry. All reaction from duet to be sent, if you want, to me, by email.
A complete information will be sent to the duet company sales department.

When you say update complete, did you verify that the firmware was updated this time with M122?
