Mounting PanelDue 2.0

Hi All,
Just got my PanelDue 2.0 (thank you), and am looking to make a mount for my Zortrax M200 conversion.
Some questions would be:
1. Can the touch screen be orientated either way? I'd really like to have the SD card port facing down.
2. Do we have mount hole dimensions for the 2.0 and the touch screen. Obviously not such a big deal as I can measure them, but it's always nice to enter the exact dimensions straight onto CAD.

1. Yes. The config page of PanelDue has options for inverting the display top-bottom and left-right.

I have 2 7" PanelDues and they have different interface boards, are there printable enclosures for the newest version?
