I have not checked, but I would say the the map would still be in you folder just not applied until reboot or you run a G29 S1.
I have invested in all the crimpers and various pins and plugs for everything Duet3D and after much practice crimping (especially the smallest plugs on the tool board) I prefer the plugs.

Hey Joshua, we haven't gotten a chance to test this yet, but because people have expressed interest in having Palette 2 or CANVAS Hub work with Duet3D we will be considering developing a plugin for it. May not be the near future, but we're definitely paying attention to the fact that others have brought it up as well.

I have finally finish a machine ran by a Duet 3 with a tool distribution board and 2 toolboards. A BLTouch is connected to one of the toolboards for homing Z and probing.
The dual extrusion is a BMG X2-M with 2 Mosquito magnum hotends.
I used S3D for slicing, standard PLA settings in dual extrusion wizard. My PA is 0.078 on both extruders.
You seem to dislike building a 3D printer.
I have the Hemera and the bmg mosquito magnum.
The BMG mosquito is as near flawless as it gets.
The Hemera is good also, and compact.
I am going to upgrade an IDEX machine I have with 2 Hemeras because it is so much cheaper.
The only failure I have had with the Hemera is printing tpu.
I have had no failures with the mosquito magnum after 100kg of pla/petg filament.

This is a good resource for the resolution setting.

Design a part that uses internal coolant paths and contact Renishaw AM group in UK. They can print your design in your choice of materials. Their prices are reasonable.

Change the H value in config and override by the amount you move the nozzle to reach a slip fit with paper, save config, home, check, save config, change rinse repeat until it will home and go to z0 with slip fit. May have to M564 H0 S0 to reach bed.

Hello,
I have these changes in my config.g for adding 2 toolboards. The address for the boards are 20 and 21
M569 P20.0 S1 ; physical drive 20.0 goes forwards
M569 P21.0 S1 ; physical drive 21.0 goes forwards
M584 X0:5 Y1 Z2 E0.3:0.4:20.0:21.0 ; Mapping drive 0 and 5 to X and E3 to 20.0 and E4 to 21.0
When you create tool assignments with M563 would this be correct?
M563 P0 D20.0 H1 F0
M563 P1 D21.0 H2 F0
Thanks,
Josh
Thanks for the help, I am now up and running on RC5 with duetsoftwareframework 1.2.5.0. one of my mistakes was having the stable list still active.
Might be alittle big.
