Noisy PT1000 signal when heater is on
-
Hello,
I have a strange behaviour on my temperature sensors when an heater is on. My sensors are Slice Engineering PT1000. When heater is off the signal is clean and the temperature is correct. When I start heating one of my tools the signal is then all noisy and jump +- around 3 degrees.
You can see it here in action :
As you can also see this noisy signal disappear when the heater is turned off. The three sensors are temperature on two differents tools and one on heated chamber so I don't see why they all get disturbed.
Why and how can I remove this ? Is there some sorts of digital noise filters integrated ?

Keep the cabling of heaters and Steppers separated from the wires of small signals like sensors and endstops. In addition, use properly shielded lines if necessary.

@e4d can you post some pictures og how you have the heaters and thermistors wired.

@e4d I suspect that one of the sensors may have a short circuit between the wire that is connected to VSSA and something else, such as adjacent metalwork.
