Hello, I have a 400x400 ratrig v3 with a Duet 3 mainboard 6HC. I was running a print and had left it to run at night and when I had gotten back in the morning the printer had failed the print and I was unable to connect to the web interface via the ip address. (There are activity lights on the board and a flashing red light) A week before this failure we had moved it from one room in our office to another. I'm not particularly tech savvy with this printer or the instructions as I didn't set it up. I also tried to contact ratrig and they said that Duet would be able to help but they wouldn't be able to do anything. Any help would be appreciated.

I checked the router logs as well it's still the same ip address that I had before the print failed.

Can you connect to the board via USB cable and use a USB terminal emulation software like YAT to communicate with the Duet to see what state it is in? Ideally we'd want to get the results of sending M122 which returns a diagnostic report.

You can learn about YAT here: https://docs.duet3d.com/en/User_manual/Troubleshooting/Terminal_Emulators

And getting connected with it here: https://docs.duet3d.com/en/How_to_guides/Getting_connected/Getting_connected_to_your_Duet#h-2-connect-your-duet-via-usb

And if it turns out you're unable to get any response from it, you can go through this guide here and let us know what you find and how far you can get.

So the router says that the Duet is connected, but you cannot reach the web interface? Did you try pinging the Duet? Did you check the signal strength or interference in the new room? Maybe try changing the channel.
I assume that you have already tried to reboot the router.

@Phaedrux After Downloading YAT and sending M122 I got the response, Emergency Stop! Reset the controller to continue.
                followed by ok.
I didn't originally set the duet board up so I'm not sure how to reset the "controller"
I'll look into it but I'm sure you may know what that means.

I'm able to connect to the printer web interface but I'm unable to mess with the axis's, it's returning the error failed to enable endstops.

I managed to fix the printer, It had deleted it's config file and I was able to find the original file for it to replace it. Thanks for the help guys.

It sounds like you send M112 instead of M122. M112 is to restart the firmware.
