      Hello,

I have a question - is this a VFA or not? Belt is original Gates, so maybe it's not the belt issue? Looking from one side the wall looks pretty good, but from the front view there is a pattern.

@Arminas what's the distance peak to peak? does the pattern change on longer/taller/slimmer prints?

@oliof pattern spacing is about 1.5 mm. I have not done a lot of print on this printer yet, but on curved part (this part is also taller and slimmer) the pattern spacing is about 1 mm.

How bout the idlers? Do they have an actual GT2 profile, or something else?

If you turn the motor shafts by hand can you feel any cogging?

@Phaedrux instead of toothed idlers I have placed a bearing stack like in the RatRig (I assume those bearings will last longer).

Motors are not very smooth while turning by hand, motech motors nema23 on X axis and nema17 on Y.
