[Forum bug] Github Rate Limit

When posting a link to github, the new forum tries to fetch some infos from github. But there is a rate limit and the request failes.

@timschneider I'm seeing this too. I think any post that has a Github link in it causes it. @T3P3Tony to fix!

I received a rate limit message too, while scrolling down a thread with a lot of posts in it.

@T3P3Tony so its a rate limit. possibly triggered to to re-indexing of the forum or something that means the limit is hit, when it was not on the old forum.

@timschneider We should no longer be subject to such a strict rate limit.
