Hi, I have browsed the docs for a few days, and I think I am somewhat ready to set up my first printer with a duet board. I have a Creality K1 printer that I want to convert to duet, so I want to ask if someone would give me a helping hand.

Where can I find all the values needed to configure my printer with the configurator tool? I don't want to experiment much because the board I will be using is the Duet 3 mainboard 6HC, and I am worried that I will fry my steppers or something worse.

Any tips and tricks are very welcome.

@qlqlo I haven't seen anyone reporting converting a Creality K1, and we don't supply configurations for machines as, by nature, Duet boards are widely used in custom machines. There are example configurations for a wide number of machines (but not a K1) here https://docs.duet3d.com/en/User_manual/Reference/Community_projects
There is guidance for converting here: https://docs.duet3d.com/en/User_manual/Overview/Adapting

@droftarts Thanks for the guidance. Thats unfortunate that no one has done it yet, but once I manage to convert my machine I will share it with you so other people can use the configuration without the hustle.
