I requested assistance on suggested products for building a system with expansive requirements and have been directed by the sales team to post my questions "here"

Hoping the group could provide some much needed feedback so I can make some decisions that will move my projects forward that require a motion control system.

I have been searching for a control system for one of my projects that need a motion control systems. I would like to zero this source to one supply.

      Details
I am looking for a controller for my cross-core 3d printer application to be connective via an ethernet or wireless (wifi) connection; with expansion to control/slave future multi material units, and nozzle changers. (I am designing these to be utilized on a machine network such as Ether/IP, CAN or modbus: Please advise products with this in mind.)

I have a personal deadline to make a decision on a source this month and looking for a list of parts to control a minimum of: (The system will implement servos for the motion-axis, and may be Teknik ClearPath PN: CPM-SDSK-2310S-RLN)
      • Emergency Stop Onput
      • 8 motors minimum as step & direction, (x, y, z, Ext motors) (homing switches for x,y&x)
      • Servo Extruder (please advise on your motion control products)
      • Extruder-nozzle-melt-zone heater & temperature sensor
      • Extruder-cool-zone cooler/fan & temperature sensor
      • Bed heater & temperature sensor
      • Filament-present sensor, 2x (Feed-inlet, Extruder-Inlet)
      • Bed level touch-probe
      • Nozzle Strain-gage, (flow monitoring)
      • Part Cooling Fan, 2x
      • 4-inch-minimum, Touch Screen HMI (please advise on a product from your store that meets these minimum needs)

I am hoping you can provide me a neat list of what I would need for the minimum. If there is another device that seems to be missing, please feel free to expand and shrink items per your discretion with reason’s indicated.

Thanks a lot for your time, I look forward to your response!

I'm not totally clear about what you're looking for, but the Duet3 ecosystem of canbus-connected control boards is likely to fit your needs.

A Duet3 6XD as mainboard and any number of toolboards or expansions more specifically since you're aiming for servos rather than steppers.

Do you have any specific questions?

          @Phaedrux ,

          Thanks alot for your input!

More specifically the above is sorta an explanation of the desired controls/integration points for my system.

The controls on this machine are not existent, So I am looking for a kit.

I do not see product/catalog item as "kit", so I am looking for a a list of recommended parts to create a controllable moving system:

          IE-
          . Mother board, (part-number-here)
          . HMI, (part-number-here)
          . Sensor(s), (part-number-here)
          . Interface Board "Ethernet", (part-number-here)
          . Expansion board(s), (part-number-here)
(or other items deemed desirable to obtain/purchase).

The goal is to assemble this said kit and being programming , trouble shooting the designs of the motion system and sub assemblies.

@XYZMechanical If you were serious, you would have to dig through specifications in order to get an understanding of how components (part number here) play their roles in a complex technical system (part number here). Your ”projects” (oh well, not just one) are pure fantasy, you don’t even invest own thoughts (part numbers unknown), for an obvious reason: it’s more convenient to use our brains instead. Before you ever ”assemble this said kit” and ”trouble shoot” the ”motion system”, look for your own ”sub assemblies” and see if you can make them to work like any human around here. And no, I’m too polite to tell you where to put your part numbers.
