    Do you have anything connected to the temperature daughter board connector? Do you have a DueX expansion board connected?

      No. I did not use any of them. I have a duet Ethernet and expansion header for the drivers. Thats it.

        Please try it without the expansion board ribbon cable connected to the Duet, in case of a problem with the cable or the expansion breakout board.

          I tried and it did not work.

          I got a new TFT panel display same one and the sd card works fine. So i think its the problem with sd card port in the previous panel.
