I have done the heater tunning, but still takes a while to heat up the bed , when I used marlin board it was like 4 times as fast, do I need to do anything special for accounting that is an AC 120V bed with SSR25 relay? the duet bed heater output just feeds the relay....

There is no reason why it should be significantly slower unless you have restricted the heater PWM. Please post your config.g and config-override.g files.

Are you sure that the bed thermistor is reading the correct temperature?

This calculator should give you a pretty accurate idea of how long it should take to heat the bed:

If the bed is massive, it will take a few minutes to heat up.

It seems to me your comments are out of place.

                  OK that makes more sense.

Did you tune your bed heater?

                      OK good.

Has anything changed since you did that? Added a build surface? A piece of glass?
