When and where did you purchase the board?
Has anything happened to explain why the 5v regulator isn't functional?
Can you take some close up, well lit photos of both sides of the board with all wiring disconnected?
@abcde nothing? the only issue i could think of is ground loops https://docs.duet3d.com/en/User_manual/Overview/USB_ground_loops I regularly connect boards with both 24v and USB
