ok i got the new firmware to download and now the wifi is working and i can connect to the duet. now it seem like the polarity on the motor is reversed. when trying to home it goes in the opposite direction. can you help with this as well? dont really understand the control panel for duet

ok so i got it to connect to the port com3 and it shows a duet on that com port but now im getting a low voltage event in yat along with no configuration files found message. i pulled the sd card and the files are there just as they were in the download. it also said that my wifi is now connected but still cannot access through the ip address

the board was purchased through ali express about a moth and a half ago

i have3 followed all the blogs and procedures from the duet site to connect to the motherboard to no avail. i have tried connecting with both wifi and usb and in all cases i get a message that says that communication was rejected. i have updated all firmware per the discussion forums and have followed all instructions for accessing via usb and duettest.local but cannot connect to the motherboard. i am at my wits end and do not know what else to do. it is a duet 2 wifi board . thanks for any help you can give

how does one get a replacement motherboard for a defective one?
