    • RE: Delta printer calibration always off just a touch at the same angle

      cr8tor,

I ran into the same situation with my T3P3 Kossel XL for a couple weeks (2 issues resolved a week a part)

      1. Pulley not tight enough (slipping)
      2. Pulley not on correct position of shaft (too far in or out)

Once I corrected those build / mechanical issues, flawless with near consistent 0.017 std dev between calibration runs; no bed mesh compensation needed.

    • RE: Requirements for new WiFi module setup

What kind of Authentication types will be allowed in the re-write?

      • WPA/WPA-2 (clear text passphrase, hex key, certificates)
      • WPS (send Gcode down to enable WPS for X seconds, press WPS button on home router to pair)

Something that would be nice (but probably out of scope)

    • RE: Simplify3D question

      Hi Scott,

This is what I do with S3D to achieve what you are looking for.

For the first few layers I have one process that slows downs things a bit to ensure I get accurate infill/overlap on holes along with a solid bed adhesion. - https://www.simplify3d.com/support/print-quality-troubleshooting/#gaps-between-infill-and-outline

I then have another process which is essentially my "normal" print process.

You can check out S3D's Tutorial Videos here (https://www.simplify3d.com/support/videos/) which describe these features. In particular, this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EbQfifnzL4Q&index=9&list=PLogLRK5xzNdieu445p2O7wODJpQBVf-Ss
