    • Leaning or tilting untill next solid layer??? Delta 3D printer

      Hello guys,

      Anyone have this problem?
What happened is the print start off leaning to one side until next solid layer… Start by leaning to one side and when the next solid layer it start to go straight if there is a solid layer it start to leaning again???

      What i have notice is:
M555 P1; It start straight and when there is a solid layer it start to leaning
M555 P0; It start leaning and when there is a solid layer it start to go straight

      Things that i have do:

      • checked every belt and pulley ( use marker to check the alignment)
      • Use a dial to check every single axis if step per mm is accurate? ( 160step/mm , 0.98mm to 1.02mm)

I use simplify3d as my slicer. Can someone please give me a clue on this it is so frustrating maybe i did something wrong but i just couldn't figure it out.

    • Only 2 axis is homing delta 3d printer

      Hello,
I just install my duet wifi and also upgrade it to 1.19 firmware.
I tried to home all axis x,y,z and i notice there is a problem with it.

If x and y hit home first z will stop moving ==> homing failed on z
if x and z hit home first y will stop moving ==> homing failed on y
if y and z hit home first x will stop moving ==> homing failed on x

Here is my delta homing file:
      G91 ; use relative positioning
      G1 S1 X300 Y300 Z300 F1000 ; move all carriages up 300mm, stopping at the endstops
      G1 S2 X-5 Y-5 Z-5 ; move all towers down 5mm
      G1 S1 X8 Y8 Z8 F500 ; move towers slowly up 8mm, stopping at the endstops
      G1 S2 X-5 Y-5 Z-5 F1000 ; move carriages down 5mm
      G90

Here is my endstop section in config.g
      ; Endstops
      M574 X2 Y2 Z2 S1 ; Define active high microswitches
M558 P1 X0 Y0 Z0 H5 F120 T6000 ; Set Z probe type to unmodulated, the axes for which it is used and the probe + travel speeds
      M557 R130 S20 ; Define mesh grid

Anyone have this problem??? Thanks you!

    • RE: Remapping issue?

I also tried to move the motor from pointerface. Nothing works except home X axis button. So I dont think is a connection problem.

    • RE: Remapping issue?

I have tried the M569 command. The only thing effect is the motor on and off.
      If i use:
      M569 P8 S1 R1 T2; the motor stay on

      and if i use
      M569 P8 S1 R0 T2; the motor stay off

I assuming the enb signal is wroking however the other is not that is what confusion me.

      ENB+ ---- EXPANSION PIN 22
      DIR+ ---- EXPANSION PIN 21
