Yea its with the board. all axis work fine but anything plugged into the z axis is just not getting the right current which is making both motors stutter. Im going to run down to my shop and show them the problem .

I tested the with a multi meter for 1a 2a coils and 2a 2b coils are all good. I ran a print that was successful already so thats out of the question.. hmmmm.. the current is at 800MA

So its got to be the board . I ran two seperate motors from the same ports on z axis and they did the same thing. Stutter. I changed the wires and still stutter..

imma unplug everything and just test the z axis motors see if it was another wire causing the issue.

Im running the Cr10s dual lead screw. I ran a successful print and went to start another and when I home z will shake really bad. So I tested other wires out same thing. I tested two other motors and the motors are stuttering too.. The lead screws have no tension or nothing on them.

So I tested two other motors and the same Stuttering.. Is my z axis fried? .. All the other axis work .

Ran two good prints now Z axis grinds while trying to go down.
What can cause this. I ran two prints fine then all of a sudden the z axis stutters and grinds trying to go down. I switched wires and still nothing.

RE: Controller fan for part cooling.
Got it working.. Fan 2 and 1 ports do not work for some reason controlling the fan . Fan 0 works :).

Controller fan for part cooling.
I have the part cooling fan connected to FAN 2 slot. When I try to override the fan speed it stays at 100% and does not slow down or turn off. What else do you have to do to set it so it is controlled?
