Still no success. I changed the PCB but the problem persists. Then I noticed that if the heat bed was switched off then the probing went really well if the heat bed was sett to 0 degrees and up it was not possible to probe without getting P1000. The problem that remained was that when I was going to print, the nozzle went straight down into the heat bed and started printing at around -5mm and I had to use babystep to get up to 0. I had hoped the upgrade to the latest firmware 3.01 would solve the problem but did not. Now when I start the printer shows P1000 the led is not on. Any thoughts about what it might be?

Flickering led on Smart Effector probe
There is a flicker on the probe led after updating to firmware 3. This problem I did not have before. I can probe without any problem when the nozzle is cold, as soon as it reaches 190 celsius it starts to flicker and I cant probe(Error: Z probe already triggered at start of probing move). If I jog halfway up the towers (Delta Duet WiFi) the led goes off. I have changed all the cable to rule out the possibility of a bad connection.
The code is from RRF Config Tool; Z-Probe
M558 P5 R0.4 C"zprobe.in+zprobe.mod" H5 F1200 T6000 ; set Z probe type to effector and the dive height + speeds
G31 P500 X0 Y0 Z2.5 ; set Z probe trigger value, offset and trigger height
M557 R85 S20 ; define mesh grid
