It sounds like either your bed heater is generating very large magnetic fields, or you have a grounding problem or a PSU problem. What sort of bed heater is it?

The problem that remained was that when I was going to print, the nozzle went straight down into the heat bed and started printing at around -5mm

What do you have the trigger height set to in your G31 command? It should be about Z-0.1.
