Thank you...
Do you have any detailed documents how PID Controller works ?
What is A, C D Parameters ?
i have this but i cant understand
I am using 2 Heaters
Heater6 = 150W
Heater7 = 100W
I am using it through Duet Expansion board (PWM Heater)
I have tuned it several time. but it is getting out of control temp increases or decrees by 15C.
here is my setting.

Hi,
My PT100 sensor works fine when i start a machine.
But when i shoot Extrude Command or Retract Command then temp. goes to 2000C
The same configuration works fine with thermo couple.
Please help
Do you mean the breakout board gives out pulse of 5v?
Did you mean https://www.duet3d.com/Expansion_Breakout
this board we should buy to resolve the issue ?
I think it should not be the noice Problem,
Because Pulses doesn't change in ideal condition of machine, it remains steady until we give command.
Our Fuji Servo Drives work on 5V Pulses only.
We are using Servo drive for one Axis.
We are using transistor circuit to get 5V Pulses.
Not every time 3560 pluses, it varies but generally it gives more than 3200.
Refer this link below,

Hi,
Generally we are getting 3.3V Pulse from Expansions Pins.
so, Is there any way to have 5V Pulse from Duet Wifi ?
any other pins ?
We are using Fuji Servo Drivers and Servo Motors.
by doing T Value 10, we got some 3560 Pulses, checked 3 times its give more pulses.
We have changed drives also from Drive 7 to Drive 6
but it is not resolving
There is no Specification of pulse width in drivers, confirmed with Fuji Technical.
you can give any pulse width to Fuji Driver it can recognize and run.
As per your knowledge what should be the T Parameter or how to resolve this issue ?
I think it is not counting problem, duet actually gives more pulses, my print is getting failed due to inaccurate positioning.
what should be the standard T value ?
We are using Fuji Servo Drive and Servo Motor.
Fuji Drive has functionality that, it can show how many pulse it is getting.

When i am giving command G1 X10 F3000
Duet should give 3200 pulse in particular pin but it is giving 3280 or 3287 or 3300 every time different.
We are checking this pulse input in servo driver. servo driver gets more.
