First I have to put all these pins correctly to the mainboard, afterwards I have to configure it.

Well, in the beginning I had the same idea.
But I didn't find out how to configure the second stepper motor for the other z axis on
https://configtool.reprapfirmware.org/Start
It shows me just X, Y, Z, E1, E2, E3.
I would definitely be interested in finding the solution of this issue and absolutely pleased if you could help me. Leading through my problem.

Well actually it is one cable with two stepper motor pins on the one site and on the other site it has a pin directly to the duet 3 mainboard.
Does it work?

I am a happy owner of a duet 3 6hc too.
I have a customized ender 3 pro with two z motors (dual z axis)
Therefore, I would like to know how I can connect the two z axis pins to my duet 3 mainboard and also to configure on this website:
