Thanks Guys, now it works , i bought cables with different colour matching. Was a stupid mistake but i damaged nothing and now i can enjoy my silent printer.

I solved the Problem
You have to PullUp the Pin than it will work.

I found the error, i got the firmware from a friend and he used a Chamber heater that is allways on. I turned it off and everything is fine now
