@radiomodell Thanks, this is splendid! I mostly revert to https://reprap.org/wiki/G-code#M452:_Select_Laser_Printer_Mode for gcode reference, but it seems incomplete when it comes to lasering. I can use your info. thanks a lot!
Sorry, I missed that thread. Yes, focus adjustment is also the reason for me to fire laser with no movement.

@FelixH Sorry, there is no tutorial. What I used is one Box, some pushbutton , one switch, a level shifter and an Arduino Nano with some software. The software you can find in my post above. Inside software you find description what pins to use.
