@Phaedrux not just while idle. Whining noise when idle and they're much louder while moving too. You have to turn the volume up a lot in the video to hear but it's much louder irl. I tried changing the voltage in 100 mA increments from 400-800 mA but the sound didn't change at all. Also, the whining noise doesn't go away until I the motors move or I turn the printer off; long after the 30s timer. Thanks for your advice and the link you sent though, I'll check that out. 🙂
