Do you actually see the temperature reported by the bed temperature sensor change before the fault is reported, or does it seem stable? What is the exact error message (check the console)?

I do. Temp is holding steady at 65C, but randomly spikes to 2000c once I have both extruders warming up/firing. It definitely happens less often (but still multiple times a minute) after changing the bed to 1hz. M308 S12 returns: Sensor 12 (Bed Temp) type Thermocouple (MAX31856) using pin spi.cs2, reading 53.1, last error: sensor short to other wiring, thermocouple type K, reject 60Hz

I will go double check the ground between duet and duex and also move the shielded cables ground. I wish there was a ground bar included by the manufacturer of this printer, as adding and maintaining grounds is quite annoying with how tight everything is. Anytime I've had electrical gremlins with my cars, it seems to always be a ground, so that's definitely on my mind. I will report back after I mess with the grounds. I guess checking continuity between parts of frame and ac ground would be beneficial as well?

The SSR I'm using is a FOTEK KSR-40 DAE and should be zero-crossing. This was the SSR that Modix used along with their independent temp controller so I am hoping it is not a counterfeit.

After I check on the ground situation, if still present, I will try increasing the R parameter. I have had my eye on the voltage as well. The printer shipped with a 340W meanwell PSU, but I have seen the voltage sag to 23.2V in the webui.

Appreciate your assistance on this. I will report back once I experiment with the grounds.
