The Duet 2 Wifi doesn't connect to a raspberry pi natively. The web interface runs on the Duet itself. It's already on there, you just connect to it.

It is possible to use a raspberry pi running octoprint and connecting to the Duet via USB allowing the octopi to completely control printing, but that isn't recommended for a few reasons. You lose a lot of the nice features of the Duet and printing over USB is prone to issues.

Yes, you connect the Duet to the network and then connect to the Duet through its ip address in a browser.

Buy a PanelDue, or create/write the equivalent.
The physical port is 3.3V TTL Async Serial. The data that flows over it is G and M codes, and JSON responses. Easy.
