?You'll need to provide more details about the endstops.

BLt can be very, very, very touchy about that connection.
I was just rebuilding a printer that has a BLt. No changes to cabling. Took the wiring harness off one frame, put it on another. Power up. Fast blink. Take the wiring harness off. DVM continuity check it. All fine. Put it back on. Still red fast blink. Start plugging and unplugging connectors. About the 10th time on the 3-wire, AHA, two retract cycles, happy BLt.
Unplug re-plug. Fast blink. Shi...ooot.
Messed with that connector for a good 10 min. Never did figure out anything loose, or pull that way vs this way, or whatever. Finally took one of the times it initted properly and just wire-tied it all down. Sheesh.
It has worked fine all day...

@Danal I think it may be the tiny connector on the BLTouch end. I don't think it takes much to damage it.

I suspect that as well. I pushed on it a bit... no conclusions as to which connector or what was wrong.

Well nice one for sure,
In my condition, I just take the damn thing off, and solder itold guy habits, if it moves too much, put another screw on it
I managed to work it out, somehow my duet is not saving the config I am writing to config.bak and rest, so it was staying on air. I copied config to all, then did the mesh grid stuff. I am good, its workingat last, but I am saying duet and bl touch, not a good deal.
Now I have to work out to improve the prints cuz somehow I am getting partial less extrusion in some spots, empty areas with first layer and the outer rim.anyway good luck and I can help if anyone needs help they can text me

You should be editing the config.g, not the config.bak
As for improving the prints, your nozzle my be too close to the bed and possibly you have not enabled βuse mesh gridβ.

If you use the web interface "system" tab, and right click to edit "config.g", it does all the .bak copying for you.
Be aware that copy is "one deep". The .bak has saved me a few times, when the upload of the edited file failed right as it was being written, resulting in no config.g at all.
Anyway, editing via that tab is the easiest way.

That is the place I use, usually I get 2 message, first says config.g saved, second says error to save config.bak / I also only edit config.g

Even I changed my wifi on the card to ESP-07S to have external antenna still having connection issues, rather than the ones that advised in duet page, do you guys have any suggestions to make the connection a bit more not 'trying to reconnect'

Standard WiFi stuff. Get it closer to the router, make sure it is not blocked (in or near the printer) by metal, etc, etc.
If absolutely nothing works, consider a WiFi extender near your printers. Preferably one with a hardwire back to your main router.

TP-LINK RE200 good choice ?

TP-LINK RE200
Looks OK. I don't have hands on with that one; I do use a prior model that seems very similar, probably a direct predecessor, as an extender in one of my outbuildings. Works quite well.
