Duet Wifi + Raspberry Octoprint Power Problem
-
Hi
I connected today my duet to my octoprint to use my Palette in connected mode but if the printer is off and the raspberry is on I see the bltouch on and the paneldue blinking, why?
How can I fix this problem? -

see if that leads you anywhere. I honestly don't recall if it worked or not when i tried.

I tried the command but it disconnect all ports and i'm not able to see devices.

Ah, more than one USB device connected to the Pi? Yeah, I do seem to recall there being an issue with loosing 5v on all the ports; if it was just the Duet then it should have worked better.

Which firmware are you running? if it supports marlin mode on the paneldue port you might be able to use that instead of usb between the pi and the duet.

@bearer
On duet I have 2.0.7, and on palette the latest -
@bearer Yes I use octoprint only to print in connected mode with palette2, on my octoprint I have duet and palette connected

You might find thats not immediately obvious to everyone how its all connected; maybe adding a diagram or picture will illicit more input from the rest of the clever people here.
