Probably. Does that mos module have a low-voltage control input? Is that control input tolerant of 12V or 24V (whichever you are using for the main board)?

If so, just wire the mos module low voltage to the heatbed outputs on the Duet. Observe Polarity.

It looks like it does have a two-wire control connection, but it also uses an adaptor module that ties in the thermistor.

Is it the one shown here? If so, the wiring diagram suggest its control can be driven directly from the bed heater output of a board such as a duet (?)

I am using this one and it works great https://www.auberins.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2_30&products_id=288

just connect the control port to the heated bed connectors on the duet. i use it exact this way.

I just got around picking up where I left off.
It says in the dozuki :" You can use a solid state relay (SSR) to switch the bed heater by connecting its control terminals to the Duet bed heater terminals. Make sure that you get the wires to the + and - control terminals of the SSR the right way round. "

How do I verify which one is positive and is damage possible if I reverse it?
These control wires are very thin.
                Thank you

What SSR are you using? They are typically marked with a + and -. The Duet bed connector also has a + and - silk screened on it. You can even see them peeking out of the shadows in your photo.

It is the above mentioned Lerge Mos module 25 A.

the wire resting on the Duett bed connector is the control wire of the lerge module.

Never mind. I just found that polarity in the control wires is irrelevant.
                        Heater works now.
