note the exclamation point before the pin name, should invert the pin so its active when pressed instead of the other way around.

so here another development after finally having the limit switch in the right state , trying to home the axis , X will move and do what need to be done , Y will move but not hit the switch or ram into the switch without stopping and say it home and the Z axis will move like 10mm and nothing else without even ever getting close of the switch

him using the basic g code from the RRF Config tool, i even copy pasted the X home code that was working and switching the coordinate and axis and it still doesnt work

Please reset the homing files to the ones the the configurator generated, and post them here along with your current config.g file.

You're set up to home to Z max. Where is the endstop located? Is it at the bottom when the be is closest to the nozzle or is it at the opposite end?

Ok, in that case your homez should have a positive Z movement to the endstop rather than negative.

So after a few frustrating days i still have problem , my Y axis and Z axis will not home , they move a little and the duet web control show as home when they didnt even touch the limit switch

here a video of the Y axis showing my problem , if i run a macro to move the axis after they home everything move fine but homing Y and Z unless they are already next to the limit switch doesnt work they start moving than stop sometime they move more like the video show . Either it a parameter that i dont see somewhere in the config but it not the gcode in the home files since the X work fine , if it neither in the file than is a firmware issue and it a big one , him running the last available firmware 3.01 RC11.

If you have physical normally closed switches, you do not need the !

Go to the "machine specific" tab and look lower right. There is a sub-screen that shows endstop status. Verify the say "No" under triggered. Then press them with your finger and be sure each says "yes" .

Then the switches themselves are working and configured correctly.

Therefore, look at the homing files, or axis configuration, or other similar things.

here something interesting out of the 3 axis stepper , i had to make the wire longer and one motor i only did was to cut the connector to put the duet one in place , so i swapped this connector from the X that was working fine to the Y and the Y suddenly home like it should ! i got rid of the cable and than Z work like it should now , i might have a bad cable it look now
