RRF 3.01-RC12, DWC 2.1.7 and DSF 2.2.0 available

On behalf of the Duet3D team I am pleased to announce the release of this new firmware/software bundle. This fixes bugs that have been reported in the previous bundle. As usual, please read the release notes before installing this release.

Users of Duet 3 + Raspberry Pi can upgrade to this bundle from the unstable package feed using sudo apt-get update and sudo apt get upgrade as usual. All other Duet users can get it from https://github.com/dc42/RepRapFirmware/releases/tag/3.01-RC12.

If you find any issues with this release, please start a new thread for each one (unless there is already a thread devoted to that issue) and link to that thread in a 1-line post in this thread. Please do not post the details of issues you find with these releases in this thread.

We were really hoping that we wouldn't need another 3.01-RC release and would go straight to the 3.01 stable release after RC11, but code changes to fix bugs were more invasive than we hoped.

Installed cleanly via 'apt' on top of RC11. Including auto upgrade of Duet 3 6HC firmware, which now shows RC12.

M997 of 3HC showed RC11 after, so I'm assuming there was no RC12 for expansion; same w/tool boards.

May I offer that distributing an "even" set of binaries for all board types, including expansion/tool even when there are no changes for expansion/tool would be more clear to end users. ~~Right now, we can't know if RC11 or 12 is correct for expansion/tool.~~ Edit: As Dave pointed out, this is very clear in the release notes.

I already listed the compatible versions in the release notes. When 3.01 stable is released, all the numbers will be in sync.

PS - I've just added a note on the release page saying which files haven't changed.

M291 S2 blocking does not work inside a conditional IF statement on Duet 2 boards.
