Yes ... but that bed better be ginormous to have such a powerful heater. Maybe 500*800 or larger ?
Make sure you use a heat fusible link on the bed and ground the frame.

Just make sure that you have a real 40A SSR and not some cheap knock-off that rates well below. And put a big fat heat sink on it.
