Is it possible to use the smart effector with regular bearing type rods instead of the magnetic rods. My bearing type rods are tight and have no slop. Obviously I would have to figure a way to mount them to the smart effector which was designed to work with the magnetic ball ends.
Any thoughts, has anyone done this or will the smart effector only be effective with the magnetic ball ends?

@itsab67 there are a number of adaptors available on thingiverse

Owns various duet boards and is the main wiki maintainer for the Teamgloomy LPC/STM32 port of RRF. Assume I'm running whatever the latest beta/stable build is

@Adrian52 I used those back in the day, they work well. I printed them in PETG fearing PLA would load creep over time.
