Can you change the or make 2 IO ports act as Panel Due output?

You can change using M575. Not sure if You can create 2 PanelDue ports.
But... for Duet3 only IO0 and IO1 provide serial port functionality

Recent firmware for Duet 3 supports two serial ports, however some parts of the code assume that only the first can be a PanelDue.

What use case do you have for two devices using PanelDue protocol?

@dc42 I am setting up Neo-pixel rings running on an Arduino for the BLV project and don't want to steal the signal line and rather get the info from another unused port. I did it with Wifi since there where two pins sending that signal.

@ktapper Why wouldn't You use port designed to drive neopixel and dotstar LEDs together with M150 ?

@BoA first, I am not that suave...second noticed them but since I was just converting over from Wifi to Duet 3, not sure I was wanting to figure it out. Not sure how to hook up 3 Neopixel rings to it.

@ktapper You just need to connect iutput data from one to input data on the next.

@BoA Each ring shows a separate gauge.

@ktapper Not sure if that matters. Logic can be totally independent from physical connection.
