Can you change your line endings in YAT so we can see the full response?
Set YAT to use <LF> as the end of line character. This will improve the readability of the messages coming from the Duet. Click "Text Settings" in the "Terminal Settings" and change "EOL sequence:" to <LF>. Click "OK" to close Text Settings. Click "OK" again to close Terminal Settings.

can you post a picture of it?

Ok, firmware version is good. Wifi server should be good. And it says it is in access point mode with the correct IP. You can connect to the wifi, but when trying to reach 192.168.1.1 in your browser you get an error message in your browser saying "enable to connect"?
Have you tried these suggestions from earlier yet?
@Phaedrux said in Update CR-10+Duet wifi from 2.05.1 to 3.0 firmware:
Try clearing your browser cache.
And if that doesn't work, I would check the /www folder on the SD card and replace the files there with a fresh copy of DWC.

What url are you trying to reach exactly?

-
@Phaedrux allready clean my cache and the problem remains. About the replacement of the 3.2, im going to do it now

@Phaedrux didnt change the problem. When this was working ok, usualy i had to eject M552 S2 twice. Pist an error appear, but at the second time, usualy the message shows pepeatedly. Now, whem i send the comand, goes strait to the message saying the module is providing access point!
-
could it be an error from firefox?
-
Well you are running newer firmware on both the duet and the wifi module, so the behaviour may be a bit different looking than you're used to.
Can you post a screen shot or photo of what the firefox error message is saying?
control-shift-K will open the dev console in firefox which may show any errors.
-
cant uload the image!!!! gives me an error.... looks this day is a complete error.
