        @docfail said in Wifi error:

Even if the wifi firmware still show 1.02

        Where are you seeing that?

        https://github.com/Duet3D/RepRapFirmware/releases/download/3.2/DuetWiFiServer.bin

Download that file and upload it to the system tab, or place it on the sd card manually in the sys folder. Replace the existing file. Then send M997 S1 again to reflash. That should update the wifi firmware to 1.25

@docfail, are you sure that 1.02 isn't the hardware revision detected by the firmware? As in this response to M115:

          FIRMWARE_NAME: RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet FIRMWARE_VERSION: 3.3beta2+1 ELECTRONICS: Duet WiFi 1.02 or later

The WiFi firmware version is shown in the M122 response (if the WiFi module has been enabled), and in the Machine-Specific tab of Duet Web Control.

@dc42 I'm gonna bother you again I've uploaded my configs files but at startup the board wifi is off and I need to send a M552 S1 command, even after setting the network to enabled ? Oh and also I connected the paneldue it's just white, I've tried with the 4pin and the sd card cables. It's also enabled in the config tool.

Do you have M552 S1 in your config.g?

                Try flashing the PanelDue firmware.

@Phaedrux flashed the firmware screen is inverted horizontally and vertically , also weirdly yellow... The wifi problem is gone, flashed another firmware this one probably included M552 S1. I'm printing a benchy right now but it is really slow, peak speed is about 12mm/s where it should be like 40-50 trusting G-code analyser, any setting that could be involved ?

For the PanelDue screen orientation there are some settings you can change in the settings page on the panel.

Weirdly yellow? Can you post a photo? How do you have it wired now?

M552 S1 needs to be in config.g for it to enable the wifi module at start regardless of firmware.

Can you copy and paste the text of the results of sending M122 and M98 P"config.g" from the gcode console?

Also post the entire contents of config.g and you slicer start gcode. That may give a clue on what's going on with the speed.

Here's the screen right now it's connected with the 4 pin but the SD one gives similar results

Sorry I didn't meant firmware I meant config, I changed the config with the online tool so I have a M552 S1.

Check the setup page on the PanelDue. What firmware is installed?

Did you try to flash it yet? What firmware version did you use? What hardware version of PanelDue is it?

@phaedrux the firmware version displayed on the panel due is 3.2.11 which is the version I flashed, my panel has a ATSAM4S4B so hardware version 3 I believe.

                          also my start g code:

Remove those lines from your start gcode. They are over writing your settings from config.g with settings for Marlin.

Which firmware binary specifically did you use for the PanelDue?

If it's a 7i it should be this one: https://github.com/Duet3D/PanelDueFirmware/releases/download/3.2.11/PanelDueFirmware-5.0i-7.0i.zip

                            Please try reflashing.

@phaedrux ok now it work thanks !!! Before I tried using the PanelDueFirmware-v3-7.0.zip, why isn't it correct ? G code also runs at normal speed !
I'm also using a cr10s stock layer fan but it isn't turning on, the hotend fan is working great but not this one even on the same output. Layer fan works on the psu output, could this be something pwm related ?

No, because you have the 7i

I don't see anything wrong in your config for fan0. Can you confirm you have it connected to the fan0 port?

Manually send M106 P0 S1 and it should turn on. If not, check the mosfets next to the fan headers for damage.

                                see example here: https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Connector_and_spare_part_numbers#Section_Fan_mosfet

@Phaedrux The M106 doesn't works and now my always on fan works only when jumper is on 5V, mosfets don't seems damaged, and checked with a multimeter no voltage when jumper is on 12v

Can you post a photo of how you have the fans wired?

What kinds of fans are they and how are you trying to use them?

See here for more details on fans: https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Connecting_and_configuring_fans

Red and black wire is a 12V small blower fan used for layer cooling
White and yellow is a 12V 40mm fan used to cool the hotend

But the problems comes very probably from the black fuse I found on documentation that it's used for Vin fans, and it's blown up...
So I probably messed up something... I'm not really sure maybe reversed polarity with dupont wires...
how can I get a replacement fuse ?

The 1amp fuse can be found online or from a local car or motorcycle parts shop.

If you can't find a 1amp fuse a larger fuse can be used, but you also reduce the protection offered. Obviously something shorted out to blow it, so be sure your wiring is correct.
