      I have a hotend with just one fan.

      How can I keep the fan on after the print is done and shut it off either after a period of time or when extruder gets down to a certain temp?

          Thank you,
          It says ‘Plug your fan into one of the PWM fan pins’

          On my Duet 3 Mini 5+ board, where do I connect my fan?

            @tmicke These pages should help:

            GENERAL connecting fan page.

            DUET3 MINI 5+ connector layout page.
