Im new to the 3d printing world and my setup consists of Nema17 stepper motors with encoders on them. Im trying to get the encoders setup and work properly to avoid miss steps. Once I wire them into my close loop driver what is the next step for them to function during prints?

Owns various duet boards and is the main wiki maintainer for the Teamgloomy LPC/STM32 port of RRF. Assume I'm running whatever the latest beta/stable build is
